On weekly charts we can see that prices are moving in the strong range of 980-1040 showing that the prices are in the consolidation phase from past 3-4 months. Breaking of this range on the upside (which is very likely as the ADX is trailing above 40 and positive DMI is also above the negative DMI.), can likely take this stock to the levels of 1120/1350/1580 from here.Supports which are looking good for the stock are 810/750/635.
Mahindra Satyam is also likely to get merged with Tech Mahindra in next 6-7 months, maybe in June or July in 2010, any company which is getting merged gets its upside capped.
We Recommend to buy this stock on dips.
